intp 5w4ok i have a lot to say abt this topic so why nota lot of the mocking people say affect all desis tend to only affect one group (and generally it affects indian hindus imo)ex. the curry song, the song brings up terms such as "shanti" (peace in sanskrit) and "yoga" (a spiritual practice w origins of hinduism), this very clearly targets hindus, the only part of this song which affects SA people in general is the brownface they didand PLEASE stop using the term desi, non desi people, it originates from the term "desh" and means *people of our country" so it makes absolutely no sense to say thata more recent example would be ive mocking mudras, non desis painted it as a desi only problem but mudras originate from hinduism which not all SA people practice 😭pls stop butting ur heads in our business bc half the time yall make us be offended even when we're notand besides, im pretty sure hindu people would be more concerned w the idols dancing sexually to hymns, the hindu god jackets, the statues being used as props, and so much more LMFAOGO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS PAGE!
